We are a wholesale supplier, and do not sell direct to the general public. To place wholesale orders, you will first need to create a Preferred Retailer account with us. To do this, please complete the online application after reading and acknowledging our Preferred Retailer Terms & Conditions below.
Becoming a Preferred Retailer of Evergreen Crystal Products:
As a Preferred Retailer you will be presented as a vendor on the Evergreen Crystal website, on a searchable “by state” listing, with address and website URL visible for direct customer interaction. Customers will be directed on every product to “Find a Retailer” using this listing.
As a Preferred Retailer, you will be provided with a variety of branded marketing materials to help with the consistency of Evergreen Crystal displays and marketing messaging. We strongly encourage you to utilize these materials at all times when our products are on display in your store, or online on your website. These materials will be either printed and shipped with orders, or available online in our Retailer’s Resource section, or both, and will include:
- Table or shelf talkers that tell the story of Evergreen Crystal and the unique etching process that brings our crystal items to come to life.
- An About the Artist printable PDF for your customers, to help tell the story behind the original artworks of Evergreen Crystal.
- High quality images of our products for use on your website or in your own marketing materials (these must replace any old images provided prior to April of 2024).
- Downloadable and printable Evergreen Crystal product catalogs, updated on a seasonal basis.
Evergreen Crystal Pricing Policy:
As a Preferred Retailer, you agree to not sell any Evergreen Crystal product below the MSRP without prior notification given to your Evergreen Crystal representative. Any discount must be offered only as part of a published campaign or sale at your establishment, and no published campaigns can offer discounts higher than 20% off published Evergreen prices, and only for limited times. No more than two campaigns per each calendar year can be published to include Evergreen Crystal products, and never as ongoing discounted offers. This pricing policy is established in order to maintain the integrity and value of these exclusive, artisan products.

Quality Assurance
Evergreen Crystal guarantees all workmanship to be of the highest quality. Because our products are hand crafted and made from crystal, it is natural for small air bubbles, chill marks, flow lines, or small surface irregularities to appear. These unique attributes are not considered defects. Our Quality Control Specialists ensure that all finished Evergreen Crystal orders have met all tight requirements before they are packaged for shipping.
Returns, Replacements & Shipping Claims:
No returns will be accepted without prior written approval. Inspect all contents of your shipment immediately. All requests for returns or replacements must be filed within 7 days. If damage has occurred, please provide photos of the damaged product, and any damaged inner or outer packaging. All claims for breakage must be made with the freight carrier. Receiver must save outer carton(s) as well as inner contents and notify carrier immediately for prompt inspection. Title to goods passes to the purchaser at F.O.B. point and all recourse for damaged goods rests with the carrier and not Evergreen Crystal.
Evergreen Crystal can only guarantee safe delivery to the original shipping address. We are not liable for damage to any items that are reshipped by the recipient.
Approved returns must be sent back to us, unused, and in original packaging within 7 business days from the point of replacement approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our responsibility for the shipment ends once the package is handed over to the designated carrier with the provided third-party shipping account details. Any issues, including but not limited to delays, damages, or additional charges related to international shipping, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and their chosen carrier.
Please ensure that the provided third-party shipping account details are accurate and up to date to avoid any complications or delays in the shipping process.
International shipments will only be processed and shipped using the purchaser's third-party shipping account. We do not cover or handle international shipping costs or associated fees. Customers who wish to have their orders shipped internationally must provide a valid third-party shipping account number from a recognized carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) at the time of purchase.
Other Information:
Consumer Products Safety Information Act: The Consumer Products Safety Information Act (CPSIA) sets rules and guidelines for all children's products. Evergreen Crystal sells no products intended for use by children and therefore is not subject to CPSIA regulations. For more information on CPSIA guidelines, go to: www.cpsc.gov.
Proposition 65:
Lead Crystal: Proposition 65 requires us to warn California residents that consuming food or beverages that have been kept or served in lead-crystal products, or handling products made of lead-crystal will expose you to lead or lead components, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Items containing lead-crystal are labeled with the Prop 65 warning on the product page.
